SARAH LAVENDER SMITH Sarah is a writer and editor who began her career in journalism. She received her master's degree from UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism, worked for The New York Times and Contra Costa Newspapers, and has been a freelance writer and editor for several regional and scholarly publications. She is currently an editor for Guilford Publications. A passionate runner, Sarah enjoys training for and competing in races ranging from the 5K to marathon. |
